Actually the story apparently has no basis in fact and as the Daily Mail Royal correspondent tweeted “The Duke is very amused that anyone thinks he has enough hair to justify that kind of money!’ a source told me. At least he has a sense of humour about it!”.
Actual cost remains a mystery
