Whose Hair Is It Anyway is a documentary aired on BBC Three highlighting the appalling nature of the trade for human hair extensions in Russia and India.
The documentary was truly fascinating and somewhat unnerving. Most people in the Western world who have hair extensions never give a second thought to where they came from. After filming, presenter and pop icon Jamelia has vowed never to buy or wear hair extensions again.
