How to Treat Hair Loss the Natural Way

The loss of hair is a part of everyday life and how much you lose will depend on your lifestyle, your health and your genes. For women thinning hair and hair loss through age can become embarrassing so it is important that good grooming is part of everyday care. Shortening your hair style may be of benefit as fine hair can look thicker when cut to the right length and style. For men it is a lot easier to start losing hair at a later age and it be accepted. In fact it is often thought that men can look more mature and it does not have the same stigma as a woman with hair loss. As we become older our bodies naturally slow down and it is important to ensure your diet is adequate in order to keep your body and hair in good condition.

There are many remedies that have been recommended over the years that make use of natural products. If your hair is very dry and brittle causing it to fall out when brushing try warming olive oil and rub into the ends of your hair, then wrap in a towel for about 30 minutes before washing out.

Keeping your hair follicles healthy is important and for this purpose tea tree oil is a good product to use. Gently massage into your scalp and leave for a short time before washing with a good shampoo.

Coconut oil is another natural remedy that can be good for your hair and worth trying before going down the line of hair transplants which can be expensive and not always guaranteed to work.
